DELIVERY TIME

  • Estimated delivery time across Pakistan is 2–4 working days for major cities; deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
  • Please keep your provided contact number available so our team can reach you.
  • Timely delivery is subjected to availability of the articles and order confirmation.
  • During sales, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • To cancel a prepaid order, contact us within 6 hours of placing it. Refunds will be issued as store credit or a credit voucher.
  • Once the Order is “in process”, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment on the courier’s official website, as specified in your dispatch confirmation.
  • If you do not see any tracking updates after receiving the tracking information, please contact us at support@xalvori.store.
  • Please note that we use third-party logistics providers for shipping and delivery. As such, Xalvori is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by these external courier services.
